These terms apply to this website and to paid listings in the London Students Accommodations Facebook group, both operated by M&C Investments Ltd (Myra & Champ Investments Ltd).
Information only
Content on this site, including safety tips and the moving checklist, is general information and not legal or financial advice. We do not own, inspect or let any of the rooms posted in the group, and we are not a party to any agreement between tenants and landlords. Always do your own checks before paying anything.
Paid listings
- Packages are priced as shown on our advertise section. Monthly packages run for one calendar month from the date the listing goes live.
- Pay via PayPal using your company name as the reference. Listings go live once payment is received.
- All listings must be lawful, accurate and comply with the group rules. We may decline or remove any listing that is misleading, discriminatory or unsafe. If we decline a listing before it goes live, we will refund the payment.
- A payment does not guarantee enquiries, lets or any specific reach.

Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This includes beauty and self-care partners. Partner products and services are provided by those partners under their own terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses arising from rooms, listings or third-party services advertised in the group or linked from this site.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
